O'will corporation announced on Mar. 1st, 2006 that it resolved merger with its
wholly-owned subsidiary, O.B.A. corporation, through a simplified merger
procedure on Feb. 28th, 2006.
O'will corporation shall absorb O.B.A. corporation, which shall be subsequently
dissolved.
